One hindrance we identified among many sauna users was the time it takes for the sauna to reach the target temperature. Not only can you turn it on and set the temperature, but you can also select from one of the pre-programmed sessions, set the timer, the ambient lighting, and the soundscape—all from the palm of your hand.

What’s more, the FS-1 calculates the time needed to reach the target temperature and sends a push notification to let you know it’s ready. During your session, the control system automatically adjusts the heaters to keep you at a constant temperature.
